my 94 v-6 has little black soot but not drastic.....my 2.5 is very black and
the converter constantly smells like rotten eggs....but i think it's cuz i
have welded and re-welded the exhaust so many times that the o2 sensor is
shorted.....but my v-6 has always run with a slight miss....as all the others
i've seen.......been told it is that way since it is an odd firing v-6....
