Oh, don't get me started on "what I ordered" compared to "what I got".
First was the BS about "it didn't come with the hitch you ordered cause
you can't get a hitch when you order the HD towing package" so I made
them install the Mopar hitch. Also on the missing list was the skid
plate package, which I didn't even think to look for until I had the
truck up on the lift about a month after delivery. Went back to the
dealer to complain, and they had the nerve to tell me to blow, even
though I had ordered it (and had documentation to that fact), I had
signed a slip saying that the truck was "complete" at the time of
delivery (they wouldn't let you drive off the lot until you signed it).
Anyway, I had a lot of fun when the two Chrysler surveys showed up
asking how my "sales experience" went...
