Ron R: Get the 1-800 # from the Owners Manual and give them a call.
Have the dates/times you've been to the different dealers when you
call. There may be two #'s. One for arbitration, and one for customer
dissatisfaction. Call the one for dissatisfaction or technical help.
This should get a very favorable result. Do not be bashful. You
deserve promp and accurate diagnosis/corrections to your trucks
problems.
Hang in there with them. I know its an inconvenience, but I think
you'll get results.
