I never lock the wheel anyway, so I guess this isn't an issue. Out of curiosity, why would you lock it anyway?

This too. Especially since it doesn't have a notch or anything to let you know when it is centered. Oh well, I guess I don't really adjust it too much anyway.

If you mean the 40/20/40 split bench there is both CD and cassette storage in the console (Cassettes all the way in the back, and CDs right in front of that) At least there is in the 97's, I don't imagine they would have changed it for 98.

I agree, personally, I'd much rather have the CD and Cassette player in the dash than a changer.
