I am gettin ready to put in a bedliner, and i want to hear the pro's and
con's of the 2 types, spray in and Duraliner type. I am especially
interested in hearing from those of you in the southern states. Now i

I've had 2 Duraliners on previous trucks and now I got a Dodge liner in my Dak.
Despite comments from people how the liner can shift around and wear out the
paint (thus causing bed rust through) I've never found this to be the case.
(lifted my last Duraliner up to get access to the rear taillight corner and found
the bed to be in great shape underneath on my 200K mile '86 Nissan). The Duraliners
have stood up to everything just fine (including snowmobile ski's...pardon my yankee
slant on observations! :-)
The one thing I have learned: Go underrail! The overrail plastic will warp as it expands
and contracts leaving a variable gap to the top of the rails. I didn't look into Rhino liners,
not because I have anything against them per se, but the nearest place is over 200 miles
away, they cost twice as much, and I've had good luck with the Duraliner type....that's all.
I'm sure they could be a good solution for someone close to a dealer willing to spend more $$.
