I doubt if it will make any difference because I've seen trucks with lift
kits in them that just had a block between axle and the springs and the
springs overhung the blocks by about a 1/4" on either side (Compared with
an 1/8" with the lowering block), so I doubt it would really matter with a
lowering block either...
