A recent thread about the dome light going on before the cargo light
finally gave me enough ambition to lift the 100 lb. FSM from its' shelf.
Simply swapping 2 wires will allow the cargo light to go on first. (As
it should have been from the factory...)
I might just do this the next rainy weekend we get here in the
northeast. I'll be glad to scan the necessary wiring diagrams and
connector pin-out visuals for anyone with a '98 who'd like the info. (As
well as the disassembly procedure for removing the instrument cluster
bezel and headlight switch)
