Try spacing the speakers out a bit with washers or make a thick gasket....
I installed some aftermarket speakers with big magnets and had the same
clunking....Its the window's bottom edge hitting the magnet....not good, in
the long run.....
I spaced out the speakers about 1/8"on the trailing side (rearward facing
edge only) and thats all they needed...Theres plenty of space behind the
stock door grills to come out a bit...
