My 94 CC SLT is throwing heat through the vents all the time, even with the
temperature arm on the cold setting. In the evening when it cools off you
can feel the heat coming out the vents. Also there is heat coming at your
feet no matter if the vents at your feet are closed or not.
In the winter it is not throwing enough heat. A thermometer in the vents
reads 120 F where as a 98 Dakota reads 145 F.
The dealer has said that they have done what they can do without fixing it
(replaced the thermostat twice and adjust the heater control arm. Any
suggestions? If I can't fix it I'll have to get rid of the truck and I
don't want to do that because I love my Dakota!
Any help/comments would be great.
