>>Is your dakota very easy to drive? How comfortable is it on long term
trips? About what is your MPG? Is it easier to drive than the Ram?
About how much was it's list's price? I see that it is an SLT. Did you
get the SLT or SLT Plus pakage??

I love driving the Dak. I would suggest getting the bigger mirror's. The
sport mirrors are a little small if you run in traffic all day like me.
About a week after I bought it we drove from Denver to El paso TX and it
was very comfortable. That is where I had the worst gas mileage ever. 12
mpg average round trip. It could have been that I was doing 80 mph the
whole way. 3.92 gears does have it down falls. I usually get 16 mpg
mixed driving. You will get better if you can keep your foot out of it.
I looked at the Ram before I bought the Dak. I just couldn't see the
need for the Ram. The Dak will do anything the full size trucks will do.
You just don't have as much space. It is unfair to compare two trucks
since the flat bed was bought just for hauling. I got the SLT because I
didn't need the extra bells and whistles. Cost was about $22,500. I even
got them to give me a factory service manual. The factory manual isn't
very good IMHO.
