I was sold on Slick 50 until I did a bit of internet research. Net result
.... snake oil, waste of money. Some even claim it shortens the life of
your engine by blocking oil passages.

Check it out on the web, I'd be interested to hear if you still think it's
great.

I'd glad that you are happy with the product, you really should apply to be
their poster boy. Over the years there have always been new (or renewed)
'miracle cures' for your automotives woes.... remember the atomizer, and
the 50 mpg carburator?

What do you think of Enginewity?

All the information that I have seen points to regular fluid changes as the
secret to long life of your vehicles. I put Slick 50 in my wife's
Sundance, I guess I could claim it is the cause of increased oil
consumption ... but I won't. I suspect it is age and wear.

I'd be interested to hear other DML members experiences with the Slick 50
type products.
