Yea, but passing a test isn't going to change my driving habits. I have
been driving for almost 15 accident free years (I am 29 and with that
comment I'll probably total my Dak on the way to the store today) and I
feel driving safely and in control (sober too) has nothing to do with the
BAL in CA vs. MD (I think it should be .05 personnaly, I lost o good
friend to a .075 driver in PA) no does it have anything to do with how
long you have to file a report with your insurace company after you sell/
total your car.

Excuse my ignorance but I'm not sure I follow you. Doesn't CA require
proof of ins. anyway? I am really new to the state and haven't
registered my Dak yet, I guess I dodging :-> the 300 surcharge.
