One more on muffler choice

This past weekend I got my 45 degree exit pipe with a tip put on, and it
looks great. It now exits under the corner of the rear bumper, I love it.
Now I have been looking very serious for a new muffler. I have really
narrowed my choice down to a Flowmaster 2 Chamber.....but I was just
thinking why get a muffler that everyone has????? Plus I have heard they are
overpriced and you pay for the name. I am curious if any other
Dak owners on the list have something other than a Gibson, Flowmaster, or
Dynomax under their Dakota. I DO NOT want a glasspack either. I was just
considering other muffler's cause of the cheaper price, but then again I
have never bought a cheap part to put on my truck and I do want quality,
I am just not sure how cheap I can go on a muffler before I run into quality
concerns.I have been looking at Hooker's Aero Chamber Muffler,
Summit's Turbo Muffler, Thrush's Muffler, Afterburner's Muffler, and
Terminator's Muffler. I own a 93 V6 4x4 Dakota by the way. Thanks to all
who reply and just me their opinions!!! I want alittle more rumble to my Dak
but NOTHING obnoxious or annoying, just a nice mellow rumble.
