Alan, not to add to the bitterness, but I was with Shane Baker (98 R/T RC)
at Cecil County Dragway last Sat. and I Think he went 14.32 or 14.33 @ 94.xx
mph. He has a K&N, and a fresh air set-up, and he is running M&H Street
tires. That's it. Now cecil county is supposed to be right at sea-level.
I picked up 3 tenths by running there, and you could feel it to. I got a
15.20 out of my old Shelby. I have no clue where you are running, but I'd
have to bet it is in higher altitude. Also, the trucks like low humidity,
and coooooooool temps.
my $.02 worth
