I wonder if they mixed these up in various production runs from year to
year. Possibly from one year to the next? I was originally going to
purchase a '95, but was locked out until '96. Here in Northern Virginia,
the '95's had the raised letters, and the '96's were clean. I saw this
replicated from one dealer to another in this area. I can't explain this
one. (Sometimes it doesn't pay to even try!)

My '95 TG is clean, no raised letters. Has stickers to indicate that it's
a Dodge. My buddies' '94s both have big stamped DODGEs in their TGs.
