I'd be wary about buying theirs... Like you say, it probably
has been abused a little bit, but some other reasons: a couple of
years down the road, are you going to wish you had some of the
options that aren't on this truck? Also, my biggest concern
would be, why is there a delay in the first place? If they've
shut down the line to fix a problem, I'd rather have a truck
that came off the line AFTER the fix... (That's assuming there
*is* a problem; I don't actually know that there is.)

Anyway, my thoughts are that a few years down the road, if
you have to take your truck in for service a few times to
fix that problem (hopefully under warranty) or if you are really
going to miss those options, a few more weeks or even months of
waiting will probably seem pretty short in the grand scheme of
things... It all depends on your personal situation I guess, and
what you want to use the truck for, how long you're planning to keep
it, etc.

Even though I ordered my truck, there are a few things about it
that I would change if I had the chance. (Like the paint, the
rearend gears, and I probably should've gotten a Sport for the
painted grille, etc.) But, they're not enough to make me want
to trade it in. I can immagine what it would be like to have to
live with a vehicle that you don't really like though.

Just some stuff to think about; good luck with whatever you decide! :-)
