Unless there are kits for efi vehicles that tap a signal from the TPS
switch the only progressive N2O controllers I know of allow choices of a
start percentage of nitrous addition and a time frame to full nitrous flow.
These work by "fluttering" the solenoid. Still activated by a WOT switch.
Good for allowing a softer hit of juice so as not to shock the tires at
launch with too much hp.

I'd recommend a rev limiter on ANYTHING. My first '84 GT blew the motor @
150k miles while just tooling down the freeway. The motor just all of a
sudden pegged the tach (probably spun to 8000 rpm) and it was about 2 sec.
b4 I could shut the car off. Pulled over, nothin' wrong, started right
back up drove it home. Went inside, came back out half hour later to leave
and BANG BANG BANG, nasty knock and a strong coolant smell from each
tailpipe. Rev limiter woulda prevented that whole incident.
