Those are known as HID, or High Intensity Discharge lights. Just replacing
the headlights wouldn't work, because I believe they also require a
transformer of some sort, special wiring, etc. Currently I think only the
Germans are using them (Audi and BMW are they only 2 I know of). JC Whitney
has offroad lights of this type, but they cost big bucks (like $1200). They
are brighter than aircraft landing lights! Just FYI...
