In some cases yes, most no. Police packages are available on the more
popular vehicles, IE:Crown Vikkis,Caprices etc. All of the trucks we
have, have the heavy duty type service groups.

Nope again. I can't even change the tires size/type on my truck. It
has to remain within as-delivered specs...other wise we run the risk
of violating warranties.
