I am planning some swapping out my bench seat this spring for some buckets and
a center console along with some other interior rehabs before I get my 4"
TrailMaster put on. I have a question for those who own a reg.cab Dakota Pre97
models. My truck is fully carpeted, except for behind my bench seat on the
rear of the cab. This section, from the rear slider down(except for the grey
cover plate underneath it) going the width of the cab, is just the emerald
green paint. When I get buckets, I want this covered(for both looks and to
help with sound deadening), just curious other than buying and attaching some
carpet to this area, if Dakota's similar to my truck have something I can get
to put up. How is this area 'decorated' on your Dakotas??? This never bothered
me before since I have the bench, but with buckets, it would not be that
appealing. Thanks for any and all info!
