I hate to mention this, but take it to a dealer. They may have experience
with similar problems. I have been working on similar problems on my 94 and
99 Dakota, I checked everything, or so I thought, on my 94 it turned out to
be a corroded power wire for the computer. On my 99, it appeared to be a
problem with my MSD and moisture.

My point is that if you checked everything, you probably still missed
something.
