K&N Filter $$ question

I was in a shop today and was quoted a price of $135.00 (+/- $10.00)
for a K&N filter and the 3" tube that hooks up to the stock carb cover...

How about it folks? This a good deal? Bad deal?

This unit looks identical to the ones I have seen on several webpages and
they said they DO have the prefilters..... (not included of course)
