According to the map we have, it's on Williams Parkway between Airport Road
and Torbram Road. Williams Parkway is shown as being north of Highway 7.
Looks like the easiest way to make it up there is to connect to the 410 from
either the 401 or 403.

If you need any other info, let me know and I'll see if I can come up with
something.
