OK everyone, here is the scoop.
The track at Sealy is located at Exit 713, Beckendorff, on I-10. The track is
about 10 miles out of Sealy(west). The track opens at 10am on Sunday. If you
are racing and want to get in a couple of time trials, get there early and be
ready to run. Admission is $15 for racers, $10 for spectators. Call the
track @ (409)885-0731 for more information.
The host hotel is the Rodeway Inn in Sealy(409)885-7407. I will be staying
there and so will a lot of other folks. Perhaps we can get together Sat night
and terrorize the locals! I am sue there is a Sonic or something similar to
go to. I should be at the hotel Sat night around 6pm. Remember, I will be at
the picnic in Bastrop Sat.
Pass this info along to all concerned. I hope we have good weather for our
event. Some of the other participants have asked if there is a swap meet, I
said no, but if you want to try and sell something, bring it on. I know Jim
from SA is bringing stuff to sell as he just ordered a new R/T Dakota, DA CC.
