Yes, you need a timing chain tensioner, sold sepratly. Unless you want your
engine to start rattle again soon. The tensioner will keep the chain
stretched all the time. By the way that tensioner will fit on V8 to.

Waterpump gasket, timingchain cover gasket if you are careful with the
oilpan gasket and don't brake it i think that's all. Corrrect me if i'm
wrong.
