This has got me wondering... I don't have a problem with my 180 t-stat
in the winter, but for those of you who do... What about putting a valve
in the upper radiator hose? If you leave it open, its like normal, but you
could close it part way in the winter, thus restricting the flow of coolant
to the radiator (same as what the thermostat does) and heat up the engine a
bit... ???

If you wanted to get really fancy, you could even put a control in the
cab so you could fine tune it as you drive. :-) (Go from highway driving
to stop and go? No problem, just turn a dial and open that valve up from
the comfort of your seat.) :-)
