Eric,
Congrats on the new truck. You've got a couple of real problems with that
truck. Don't waste any time trying to diagnose your problems. Take it back to
the dealer with a letter clearly describing the problems. Settle for nothing
less than 100% satisfaction. Demand a new truck if necessary.
