Buy a $100 tool kit (unless you have torx and such).
Buy a TB gasket (~$5.00)
Buy a can of B-12 ($3.95)
Remove TB.
Remove IAS from TB(alan wrench)
Thoroughly clean with B-12.
Clean intake 'barrel' on intake manifold with
B-12.
Trim your gasket to fit intake manifold without
overhang (as the stock one WASN'T).
Reinstall IAS.
Install TB.
Total price= $108.95, you keep the tools
or
$8.95 if you already have tools.
He he.
Total time for work? Hour to 1.5 hours
(for slow people like me). Plus that's good
time to think about installing a 'ported' TB
to get some good hp output...
