Throttle body cleaning

I need to clean out my throttle body and replace a gasket according to
the dealer. If someone can give me a step-by-step for cleaning the
throttle body out that would be great. I am assuming it is a fairly
easy task and not something a dealer should have to perform. As for the
gasket I am not to sure about that one.
