Neither lesser tints nor gun control will save any cop's life. Someone
that's a criminal or cop killer will not change because of any silly rules.
As with guns,if the cops crack down hard on tinted glass the only people
that will have them will be the criminals. Where I live the darkest tints
can be found on BMW's,Mercedes, etc driven by guys wearing alot of gold
chains and dreadlocks. These guys are ALLEGEDELY dope dealers. Who do the
cops pull over? My poor, 60 yr old father in his beat up(but tinted) T-bird.
It took me over a year of jumping through hoops to get a legal carry
license. 200 ft from where I work there is a hangout where I could have gone
any hour of the day or night and gotten the weapon of my choice within 15
mins. It's easy for the criminals to get guns. Too bad, Mr. private citizen.
When you make anything illegal(guns, booze, tints) only criminals will have
them.
