That's about right for a 4-cylinder , and actually on the better than
average side . I had a 94 4-cylinder before my R/T and I live in Atlanta .
It is flat most everywhere here and I would commute about 75 miles each way
to work running about 85-90 and got around 26 .
I dunno about an increase in altitude *increasing* mileage , I thought it
was always the transverse .
