Carl,
I have only seen one dealer service dept. take the time to wash all vehicles
prior to return to owner - Fullerton Dodge. Every other dealer service
dept. is too busy. Besides, they think that if you wanted that level of
service go buy a BMW or Volvo or such. 5 star rating must come more from
sales than service. Besides, most people won't raise a stink.
