want to lower my dak.

Hi all,
I want to repost this because I didn't get any replies and am curious.
I want to lower my truck a bit. Not too much just 1/2... but I am not sure
if I can because of the tires I have. I have been told that I can't because
I am running 275's all around. anyone?
