Assuming that your stock rearend with the 215/75's was a 3.55 ratio, and
assuming that you would run a 32" tire, then a set of 4.10 gears would give
you the equivalent of 3.54 gears - almost unchanged.
As far as the rest of the questions go - I don't know.
