1) What about if you have a toolbox installed? The aerodynamics are changed
so that may not apply anymore.

2) So do the aftermarket tailgate "stabilizer" bars for Pre-Runners.

Are you guys sure that dropping the tailgate helps your quarter-mile times?
I just question this because:

1) Most of the jury still says that tailgate UP is more aerodynamic than
tailgate down.

2) Tailgate UP should increase the structural rigidity of the truck and
help plant the tires better on take-off.
