I did my own heads with the help of the MP Head porting template set. Time
consuming but not too difficult but I don't know how much it helped. Info I
received after the porting was that porting is not a big deal unless you are
cranking higher rpm's 6500 and over. The more I thought about it the more
sense it made. I did several things at the same time so cannot evaluate each
item separately but I doubt it did a lot or would do alot with other mods and
the ability to run higher rpms ?

Oh and personally the NOS has it all over the heads, easier to do and
absolutely the most bang for the buck. I have been running the NOS for 4 or 5
years without problems and current best time on the juice is 12.6 @ 111.94.
You can grind them heads til your blue in the face and will not come anywhere
near them numbers.
