I have a problem with wrapping my ass in fiberglass. But I'm a little
curious of which vette does 12.3 stock. I've personally mopped up quite a
few vettes at the track. They all were in the low 13's. And as far as I knew
they were the LZ-1 or LT-1 or whatever chebby is calling the 350 these days.
 While I don't run an import I still have to give them credit It takes alot
to put a FWD four banger into the 9's. The fastest FWD mopar I've ever seen
run is the NX neon (he didn't run that good that day but suposedly runs
10's) and and a couple of 2.2 turbos running 11's. The only thing I can say
for the mopars is they can be driven in and don't need a trailer to get to
the track I've never seen an 11 second h**da do that.

My Vett (stock) will do 12.3 and top off at around 180mph (I personally have
seen 155). There is not a Jap wagon in the world that can pull that off,
expecially doing 85-95mph on a clover on/off-ramp. Vipers kick ass but not
like a Vette and that big GOOFY gas cap on the viper has to go -- go way far
away.
