ball joint or wheel out of balance. also could be a bent rim or bearings
getting bad.

Jack up the truck and try to wiggle the tire by grabbing it from the top and
bottom if it wiggles bad bearings or ball joint. Look at the spindle and see
if the ball joint is moving at all. Than get a LARGE flat head screwdriver
and insert it between the a arm and the spindle. Try to pry up . if there is
movement the ball joints are shot and need to be replaced. Sometimes shocks
blow seals too so it could be that too. Also check the rubber bushings if
they get bad the a arms could be wobbling around and causing that. I know im
telling you a lot but go slow and check off stuff as good or ok obad. this
