Im asking because the last time me and my buddy went to Milan Dragway, he
was running 16.42 at 80.1 mph. All he has done was a custom ram-air, an MSD
system, and a 2 1/2 Flowmaster. All this was with a 5-speed and a 3.21 open
differential and lots of wheelspin.
I think that this was pretty good for a V-6. We are going to do some more
mods to try to get it into the 14's this winter.
We plan on doing:
1) V-8 t-body
2) Intake work, cut runners and boxed plenum
3) 24 lb injectors (I have these already)
4) 4.10 gears with Auburn differential
5) Electric fan
6) Underdrive pulleys
7) Traction bars
8) Roller rockers (1.7?)
What do you think, 14's? We are going to try, I think 16.4's are a good
starting place.
