makes a line of plastic containers that are black with a
grey top. They come in various sizes ranging from the one
I have that fits perfectly behind the wheel well, flush
with the side (what is that like 2.5' x 1.5' x 1.5' about?)
and up to like full bed width size. I have a steel cable
encased in clear plastic (like for locking up a bike) and a
padlock that I use to lock into the rear tie down. A
bungee cord keeps it from sliding around. Hope that's what
you were looking for.
