Tune up time 30k Miles on 98 5.2

Need tips for tune up. I am about to do my 30k Mile tuneup. Anyone have
aany suggestions for what type of replacement parts?

Also, Any suggestions on how to get around using High Octane gas. (I ping
with anything less than 93 octane)

The manual says to replace

Plugs Bosch Platinum +4?? Spltfire??
wires 7mm?? 8mm??
Air Filter K&N?? Stock??
PCV Valve (Inspect and replace if Neccesary)
Lube, Oil, and Filter.
