Thanks Bernd. I do know who Jim Riddle is, but he is ultimately
overruled by Jim Garcia, the Service Manager and John Billings, the
district rep. Those are the two I am doing battle with.

Do you(or anyone else reading) know anything about a supreme court
ruling on this sort of issue? I'm familiar with the Magnuson-Moss Act.
Been quoting that one from the minute they turned me down. Still pissed
I can't get a direct phone call from either the GM or the district rep.
Both refer calls back down to Jim Garcia. Still rounding up my
documentation. By Friday I'll be mailing a pile of copies to half a
dozen agencies and notifying the dealer my intent to pursue legal
action. Since preliminary research would indicate this is a pattern of
business for these people, a class action suit is certainly not out of
the question.
