Even "PI" doesn't get into the TB ports and passages. Remember, it's
MPI...not TBI or a Carburetor. Any decent "Injector Cleaner", which is all
that ANY injector cleaner really has to do, is keep the pintle valves (or
discs) clean of gum and varnish...not to mention keeping the carbon buildup
off of the valves (water can do that).

My father used to deal Amsoil and used "PI" regularly...he switched to
Gumout (Concentrated) Injector cleaner and it made NO difference on MPG or
performance...and was about $3.00 cheaper a bottle.

(Amsoil...GREAT marketing ploy)

Jay,
They heck with using an entire bottle of fuel system cleaner for $10 or so.
I highly suggest using some Amsoil PI Gas Additive. One bottle costs me
$7.50 and lasts for 6-7 fillups. I really think it works and works alot
better than ANY gas cleaner/fuel system cleaner on the market.
