Russel-

I think I remember hearing that at least ONE diff between Line-X and others
is that Line-X is sprayed on hot and is hard within 3-5 seconds, whereas
others are sprayed on *wet* and they have to dry. I've seen cutouts (from
5th wheel installations) from Line-X beds side-by-side with cutouts from
others, and one of the effects of the hot application (and quick set) is
that there is *no* pooling in the troughs. The coating is as thick on the
ridges as it is in the troughs. I'd say that's pretty important, as the
ridges are where you'll see most of the wear if you haul anything.

I have a Mopar under-the-lip liner that I bought with the truck, so I can't
speak to issues of fade or durability. I *will* eventually swap that out
for a spray-in liner -- I don't like the abrasion/rust thing that is going
on with the snap-in liner. I'm gonna do the Line-X.
