Okay, I sent this message on Saturday and haven't had any responses.
I kinda need an answer so I can get the right parts, so I'm going to
be a pest and post it again.

All I'm asking you to do is go take a quick look at the same part
under your truck and tell me if you think that this is just excess
material from where they took it out of the mold, or if it's
something important.
