TB for sure. You've got a good exhaust system, but you need to get air
moving IN as well as OUT to make power. And ignition system won't do
this.

You can take the horns off, but to complete the job you'll have to
remove the part where the air hat hold-down bolt screws into, and thus
will need a longer bolt. Taking the horns down won't give you a big
boost, though; you really need to open and clean up the bores.
