Recently a buddy of mine was pulled over for a seatbelt violation & he was
wearing only the lap portion. He got out of it. He asked the cop to tell him
where the seatbelt law said that you had to wear the shoulder portion &
evidently the law in NY does not state that you have to wear that part. Just
my $.02, but I think you can beat that one.
