JBA makes a nice set of headers for the 3.9L. For 1995 and earlier the part
number is 1938. Cheapest place I've seen them is www.truckperformance.com,
they're about $330 for chrome and $470 for ceramic coated.
If you haven't done so already, you can get a huge (and cheap) performance
improvement by buying or building an open-element air intake similar to the
K&N, Mopar or QuickD.
The Jet Stage II chip is said to be excellent for the V6 as well, though I
haven't gotten my own yet.
