I've had a really good day (long)

A great day indeed. I was still a little down when I got up this
morning from loosing $200 in Vegas (lots to me), and from having
horrible drives to and from there. So today I decide to take a
leisurely lunch, which means drive a couple of miles to Del Taco. From
my work to Del Taco is Westminster Blvd. that runs between a Navy base
straight for about 2.5 miles (see what I'm getting at). The truck felt
real peppy today for some reason, maybe because my last 700miles was
spent in an overloaded under powered ford mini van.

Anyways, while waiting at the light to turn left on Westminster a ranger
pulls up next to me and guns it through the green arrow down the Navy
base. I figure he's kidding, so I sprint up next to him, look over and
hear him chirp second gear. I proceed to kick his ass at about 3/4
throttle with OD on. At 60mph (limit is 55) I back off since I know
this street to be a speed trap, and back down to 55. The Ranger comes
flying by several seconds later at about 75. Just in time to meet up
with the motor cop and radar gun. Busted he gets. I snicker trying not
to revel in another man's sorrow.

Finish lunch and start to head back. Waiting at the light to go
straight into the Navy base road again a V8 4wd Tundra pulls up next to
me (with a shell). Light turns green and he spins his tires obscenely
and we hit the next (and only) red about 200ft into the base. So I
casually hit the OD off button and proceed to wipe the floor with him.
Come on, a 4wd with a shell, what was he thinking. Again at 60 I back
off and pull down to 55mph. Same thing, several seconds later he comes
screaming by at about 80mph to meet up with the same motor cop as
before. Laughing ferociously I nearly drive off the road, but am able
to compose myself an go back to work.

Wait, that's not all. On my way to visiting my grandparents after work
I find a 2k or 2k1 mustang (not a GT) being very anal with what little
traffic there was. He tail gates my butt like there's no tomorrow. I
let him pull up next to me and we gaze at each other (in case you missed
my earlier post, I don't like mustangers). We both spot the same break
in traffic, a new opening lane. I wupped him by 3/4 a car from 55 to
75.

And one more good thing. On my way back home along the same freeway I
got jammed up in a handful of 55mphers in an open 65mph freeway. So I
get a little angry and zoom over to the slow lane jump it up to about 80
then zoom back to the fast lane and slow to about 70. One of the cars I
zoom by just happens to be a CHP cruiser that I didn't notice. He pulls
up behind be, at which point I figure I'm toast, but then just switches
lanes and goes by me at about 75. Never even looked in my direction.
