They're called speed grilles

you have 2 options:
1) spend about 120 bucks for the upper and 80 for the lower piece through
Street Scene

2) make your own (which ends up costing about 80 bucks plus a week for
powder coating)

That's how my grille looks. Mine is flush with the back of the grille while
Street Scene's is bubbled out to be flush with the FRONT of the grille. I
wanted a different look so I made my own. Takes time and effort, but I get
a lot of compliments from people and have been asked to do a lot of grilles
for other cars (which get declined, because that's MY look!) hehe
